Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to request quotes and information about our exterior cleaning services. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our contact or quote request forms.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through this website, whether generated from photos, a form submission, or a phone conversation, are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted following an in-person assessment if the property’s actual condition, size, or scope differs from what was initially described. No quote constitutes a binding contract until confirmed and scheduled.
Service Scheduling and Cancellations
Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. Northeast Exterior Wash reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other circumstances outside our control, at no additional cost to the customer.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This fee does not apply to rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice, or to cancellations due to weather.
Invoices are due upon completion of service unless other terms have been agreed to in advance. Accounts not paid within 7 of the invoice date are subject to a late fee of $10 per week, up to a maximum of $50, until the balance is paid in full. Accounts remaining unpaid for an extended period may be referred to collections and may affect eligibility for future service.
